Friday 26th December - 10.30am Boxing Day Run from Hazlemere Car Park
Meet 10.30am in Hazlemere Car Park for our annual Boxing Day Run around the Hughenden Valley, and afterwards Rod Palmer has kindly invited us round for mince pies etc.
 
Sunday 21st December - 10.00am Bran Tub Relay in Hervines Park
An event for all ages and all the family. Relay Races on road and footpaths from Hervines Park - laps of 1400m. Bring a prezzie - wrapped (about £1 - £2) - and pick a different one out of the Bran Tub at the end. Registration at 10.00 am in Hervines Park Pavilion.
 
Tuesday 16th December - Meet at Queens Head after Tuesday Training
We shall be having our Christmas get together at the Queens Head after training. Meet from 8.30pm onwards. Thai food on offer - last orders at 9.30pm.

Positions in the last match were, 1st Windsor 142.5, 2nd Chiltern 127.5.
A great team effort which should mean Chiltern end up in 2nd in the league, and are promoted!!
A String wins - Tim de Vletter 400m (54.2s) and Graham Mackay Hammer (38.28m)
B String wins 7 in total - Stuart Ellerby superb in 800m, 1500m, LJ and 4x400R for the first time with the men's team.

Records set in this seasons Round the Town Races
The final race of the winter Round the Town series saw new records set in both the 2000m and 1000m races and for the series as a whole. Tom Beedell won the 2000m race in 6min 23 secs, one second faster than the previous record he held with Oliver Josephson. Allan Stewart (U/11) set a new 1000m time of 3min 26 sec .
All four winners of the series of races (4 to score) also set records for their combined times
2000m - Tom Beedell (25:48) and Hannah Graham (31:19)
1000m (U/11) - Allan Stewart (14:18) and Georgie Gillot (16.49).

The club's AGM is on Sunday. It is the 25th anniversary of the founding of the club so please join us - the invitation extends both to current and previous members. After the formal business there will be refreshments, and an opportunity to recreate the first ever club run - a lap of Hervines Park!
